Shipping Policy

The following Sunshine Tape Products Terms of Sale & Shipping Policy provides the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of any Sunshine Tape Products (“STP”) Products (“STP Products”):

1. While we do offer help and training regarding the use of STP Products, the consumer should seek professional services for consultation, selection, application, and advice regarding the STP Products.

2. If the consumer chooses to have the STP Products applied by a non-professional, the company cannot be held responsible.

3. STP backs the quality and workmanship of the STP Products but the satisfaction of the consumer is not the responsibility of STP.

4. STP will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the consumer from any mis-use or non-professional use of the STP Products. All stylists, customers, and consumers agree to use STP Products at their own risk. STP will not be held liable for any labor costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, even if the product is found to be defective.

5. Sometimes Sunshine Tape Products product run out of stock. While we try our best to ensure products are available, we do the best we can to reflect out of stock items on our website. If we run out of stock as we are pulling your order, we will try to reach you via email or phone to advise you of your options. If we can’t reach you, we will cancel that part of your order but ship everything else.

6. STP cannot guarantee the quality of any STP Product that is not purchased directly from STP.

7. STP offers same day shipping, but cannot guarantee this service. All orders must be placed prior to 12 PM EST Monday through Friday in order to be shipped out same day. If a shipment does not get shipped on the same day as the order was placed, STP is not responsible for a freight credit or upgrade as the service is not guaranteed.

8. STP ships Monday through Friday. STP does not ship on the weekends of federal holidays. Any orders placed on a weekend or a holiday will be processed on the next weekday business day.

9. If an error is made as a result of inaccurate or obsolete information, STP will not be responsible.

10. All shipments are FOB Hallandale Beach, Florida. STP will not be held responsible for delays or issues caused by any shipping carriers, such as FEDEX, UPS, USPS, etc. We will assist our customers in any deficiency in third party shipping services but are not responsible for such deficiencies. All orders are insured for the value of the shipment by the third-party service.
